We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your satisfaction is our match point—if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll make it right.
Important Exceptions
The following products are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Personalized/engraved items (e.g., custom racquets with player names)
- Ball hoppers and machines (due to hygiene reasons)
- Braces & supports (for health and safety reasons)
- Clay court maintenance products
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:

- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team (all former players who understand your needs) will respond within 24 hours with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. The item must be unused and in resalable condition.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our Oakland facility using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process
Need a different size or model? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. In your email, specify:
- The item you wish to exchange
- The replacement product you’d like (check stock availability on our website first)
- Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
